Oatmeal Banana Muffins Recipe | Quick-spice.com

Today we are writing yummy and delicious oatmeal banana muffins recipe. These muffins are flavorful and easy to grab during morning breakfast or evening snacks. 


3 cups of oatmeal

3 bananas

2 eggs

1/2 cup milk

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon powder

1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

1/2 tsp salt

Grated dry coconut for garnish

Coconut oil or butter for greasing muffin mold


Oatmeal Banana Muffins Recipe:

1. In a bowl add dry ingredients that are oats, baking powder, cinnamon powder, ground nutmeg and salt.

2. In another bowl, add three bananas and mash them with the help of a fork. Take bananas which are more ripen because they are sweet and we are not adding sugar in this recipe. 

3. Break two eggs in mashed banana and add half cup milk. Combine this mixture well.

4. Now mix this wet ingredients in dry ingredients bowl and combine nicely.

5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

6. Grease 12 cup muffin mold with oil or butter.

7. Pour the muffins mixture into the muffins mold. Do not fill it full. Fill the mixture till 3/4th cup of mold.

8. Place the mold in oven for about 20 to 25 minutes or until they are done. They will turn golden brown.

9. Once done, take them out and let them sit until cool down for 15 to 20 minutes.

10. Demold muffins from mold and grate dry coconut on the top for garnishing.


You can add your favourite topping before placing mol in the oven, Like Chocolate chips, blueberries, raspberries, raisins, walnuts.
