This is a faster and easy method of poaching an egg. Every Microwave has a different wattage level so it can take little lesser or more time depending on your Microwave. If you are trying for the first time, you can check after 45 seconds and continue for 15 seconds more if you want. Make sure you do not overcook it.  You can try this in bowl or cup. 1 tsp butter

1/3 cup water


Chopped chives or coriander to garnish

Toasted bread


Microwave poached eggs in 60 seconds Recipe

1. Take Microwave proof cup, place 1/3 cup water in it. Add salt and break the egg into the cup.

2. Put the cup in the Microwave for about 60 seconds.

3. Take out the cup from Microwave and keep on absorbent paper.

4. Butter toasted bread and place microwave poached egg on the top of toasted bread.

5. Garnish with chopped chives or coriander.

6. Your delicious healthy breakfast is ready.
