Let's make nachos:

1. Take a big bowl and add cornmeal flour, refined flour, whole wheat flour, ginger garlic paste, salt, vinegar, and water. Knead a semi-soft dough and keep aside for about 10 to 15 minutes.

2. Now take about half a portion of the dough and roll it with the help of a rolling pin. It should be flat.

3. Keep a flat pan on the gas, and we have half to cook this rolled dough from both the sides. After that, cut strips out of it and further cut triangles (nachos shape) from those strips.

4. On gas heat oil for deep frying these nachos. And fry them until golden brown on medium heat.

5. Take out when done on paper to remove excess oil.

Let's make salsa (Pico de Gallo) now:

1. To prepare salsa, add chopped tomatoes, onions, green chilies, tomato ketchup, chopped coriander, lemon juice, salt and pepper, boiled corn kernels, jalapeno pickle slices. Mix these well in a bowl.

Let's serve:

1. First, in a big bowl, add nachos and nachos spice. Toss it nicely. So that nachos get coated with nachos spice.

2. Take a round flat plate and arrange all nachos on it.  Put salsa (Pico de Gallo) on the top on nachos. Grate cheese on the top and spread some mayonnaise. You can serve this with your choice dip or sauce.

History of nachos: Nachos were invented by a man named Ignacio Anaya. He served nachos to the first time first a group of U.S military wives at a restaurant called the Victory Club in Piedras Negras, Mexico. His nickname was Nacho, so he kept the name Nachos, and the rest is history.
